The challenge
Northwind was spending $42K/month on paid social and getting nowhere. CAC was up 60% year-over-year and the in-house team was burning hours on creative that was not converting. Leadership wanted to cut the channel entirely.
Strategy & execution
Audited the funnel and found three landing pages doing 80% of conversions, and they were the ones nobody had touched in 18 months.
Rewrote the offer (a free 1-lb sample, shipped overnight) and tightened the form from seven fields to two.
Rerouted the ad mix from prospecting-heavy to a 60/40 retargeting split.

The results

I got into marketing the unglamorous way: keeping a results spreadsheet for a friend's bakery and realizing I could predict, from the numbers alone, which posts would clear the morning batch.
A $40 boosted post turning into a line out the door got me hooked. Since then I've managed $14M+ in ad spend across e-commerce, B2B SaaS, hospitality and local service brands. I led growth at Coastline Skincare, ran onboarding and lifecycle at Helio SaaS, and learned to love a dashboard doing measurement at BBDO Philippines.
I believe great marketing is about 20% creativity and 80% testing what actually works. I would rather ship a small experiment on Tuesday than argue about a big idea for a month, and I would rather be the one partner you can call than the eleventh tab in your vendor spreadsheet. When I am not optimizing a funnel, you will find me on a sunrise hike or over-engineering a pour-over.

Most paid media campaigns show signal within 14 days. Real compounding growth, the kind in the case studies above, typically lands in the 60 to 90 day window as we test, learn and double down on what is converting.
Audits start at a single two-week sprint. Retainer engagements run four months minimum, because anything shorter does not give the funnel enough cycles to compound. Campaign sprints sit in between at six weeks.
No honest partner can guarantee a specific ROAS or lead number, too much depends on your offer, market and operations. What I do guarantee: every dollar tracked, every test documented, and a clear answer on what is working by week two.
Pricing scales with scope. Single-channel retainers start around $4K a month. Full-stack growth retainers covering ads, lifecycle, content and analytics run $8K to $15K a month. Audits and campaign sprints are flat fee, quoted up front.
